Programme

Hubs, networks, communities and collaborations are more relevant and important than ever. They bring pioneers together and shape the future.

But unfortunately, the initiators often burn out in the process…

Swaying between enthusiasm and exhaustion, the founders of a movement often lose their sense of strategic value creation, revenue mechanics and simplifying (often digital) processes. Unfortunately, this slows down the effectiveness of many networks.

But what next? Different principles apply to such hubs than in companies. In a hands-on workshop we’ll explore how to:

• build a smart, sustainable network of collaborations,
• achieve effective synergies with financial added value,
• gain reach more easily,
• and implement efficient, digital solutions.

Who are we

This workshop is hosted by XYZ – Manuel Lindinger and Lisa Vanovitch

XYZ are strategy consultants. They bridge the XYZ generations and understand how to ignite and sustain a movement – with up to 80% funding.

Manuel Lindinger
If someone studies law for a few years, works extensively in bookstores and publishing houses, and ultimately ends up in digital project management, they might have some similarities with Manuel. But probably not.

Fun Fact: He co-founded the publishing cooperation „lesen lokal,“ through which he later met Lisa.

Lisa Vanovitch
After studying art, Lisa began programming, organizing exhibitions, and simultaneously coordinating international construction projects. She kept this under wraps for a long time. But the sky never fell on her head.

Fun Fact: She sparked her first movement in school, which confused the teachers greatly: the Nincompoops.

It equips initiators with strategies to create sustainable networks, enhance financial value, and implement efficient digital solutions. This empowerment promotes resilient and impactful hubs, essential for global cooperation and achieving SDG 17’s aim of revitalizing global partnerships for sustainable development.
