But unfortunately, the initiators often burn out in the process…
Swaying between enthusiasm and exhaustion, the founders of a movement often lose their sense of strategic value creation, revenue mechanics and simplifying (often digital) processes. Unfortunately, this slows down the effectiveness of many networks.
But what next? Different principles apply to such hubs than in companies. In a hands-on workshop we’ll explore how to:

Lisa Vanovitch
After studying art, Lisa began programming, organizing exhibitions, and simultaneously coordinating international construction projects. She kept this under wraps for a long time. But the sky never fell on her head.
Fun Fact: She sparked her first movement in school, which confused the teachers greatly: the Nincompoops.
